I like American Academy, because it builds character. I joined the fiber arts club, where I get to socialize with other kids while we talk. I love all of my classes. Most of the students are nice to everyone. At first, I had a hard time making friends, but then I made all of the friends I need.

I like that the students can make their own clubs, if they have five people who want to join. I like that the teachers are always very friendly and help the students all the time. I love this school because here the teachers are so funny and I like them. I like that there is no homework. I also like our math lessons because they are so fun. I chose AAB because I could transfer from 8th grade right into high school and it gave me the chance to maintain and improve my English skills.

I am extremely happy with my choice because the friendly family atmosphere makes my high school experience enjoyable and fun. The teachers' approach and the curriculum are very individualized and the school supports their students' interests and hobbies. All of the classes are very creative and everyone can find something they love. I love the option of online classes because it gives me the chance to manage my own time and be responsible for my work. This year the school even offers an improvisation and healthy cooking class.

I am the president of the student council and we are given a lot of freedom with our ideas for the school. We can bring up concerns and renew school policies, if it seems fit, and all of us have the chance to bring up new activities and theme days to the student body.

4worldlovers: PCU's Living Futures Annual Theme initiative delves into the complex realm of global challenges by encouraging interdisciplinary exploration of a central theme. For the 2023-24 academic year, faculty have selected a one-word theme “Adapt”. Adapt will filter through activities and events within and beyond the curriculum and encompass various topics such as technological advancements, global challenges, evolving work environments, and mental resilience. Adapt embodies a spirit of resilience, flexibility, and forward thinking. It also recognises that change is not only inevitable but also an opportunity for growth, innovation and success. We've been thrilled to welcome a record number of new and returning students back to campus and to Prague. The occasion was celebrated with a great Welcome Party at Radost FX, a Welcome Walk, Art Walk, and a park meet-up organised by the Student Council. Students have now begun classes with their peers and lecturers, in preparation for the upcoming months.
